Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health Services is seeking several caring, compassionate Associate Clinicians to support our residential programs in Milton and Milford, Delaware.


$20.00 per hour
Eligible for a $2000 sign on bonus

Full-time roles available:

• Milton, DE - 1st shift (8 am - 4 pm)
• Milton, DE - 2nd shift (4 pm - 12 am)
• Milton, DE - 3rd shift (12 am - 8 am)
• Milford, DE - 1st shift (8 am - 4 pm)
  

*Full-Time Associate Clinician schedule consists of four weekdays per week and every other weekend

PRN (as needed) roles available at all locations

The Associate Clinician will be responsible for general daily care of program residents providing counseling and advocacy in a therapeutic setting and working with adult residents with chronic mental illness and co-occurring disorders to achieve social, economic, emotional, and personal independence to live in the community.

• Understand the signs and symptoms of mental illnesses and intervene therapeutically in a recovery-based environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of prescribed medications, an ability to monitor medications, and follow Elwyn Adult Behavioral Health Services state specific medication guidelines.
• Maintain client records in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Ensure that clients live in a safe and clean environment.
• Provides psycho-educational services to clients and their families, as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, rehabilitative counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or closely related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with chronic mental and behavioral health issues in a residential setting.
• Current, valid driver's license.
