multi-disciplinary team. The mission of CBH is to address health care
disparities through: health services research and evaluation; capacity
building; training and workforce development; and through increasing access to
quality behavioral health services that are holistic, cost-effective and
provided with respect to unique cultures and communities.

CBH is seeking a Sr.
Program Therapist who will support our behavioral health clinical, education,
and research initiatives. This position will, under indirect supervision,
provide training, evaluation, clinical supervision and consultation services for

topics will include comprehensive community support service delivery,

service delivery position.

This position may be responsible for: * Facilitating
regional trainings for New Mexico communities * Providing clinical consultation
to communities on emerging needs such as: crisis response, pre and post-vention
support, maternal behavioral health and family systems support * Providing
direct clinical services to tribal communities via telehealth * Facilitating
outreach and engagement activities to build awareness of services and
resources, and early identification * Submitting regular activity reports and
supporting evaluation implementation and data collection

This position demands
strong collaboration, communication and clinical expertise. This position
requires someone able to be thoughtful and responsive to internal and external
stakeholders, and requires resourcefulness, follow-through and flexibility.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills, clinical and research
ethics are a must.

Duties may include:

Direct clinical service and training;
assisting with project implementation and logistics; data collection, entry,
and quality assurance; assisting with reporting requirements, documentation
