An integral part of the leadership team and to lead a safe and efficient Operations department. Support the day-to-day activities of operatons personnel and functions. Participate in discussions on process improvement actgivities and strategic planning. Responsible for personnel staff training and safety adherence. The Supervisor of Operations may support Generation Operatons, Wind turbine and work performed by turbine maintenance provider, and Balance of Plant (BOP), facilities operations or other locations as business needs determine. They will have direct supervision of operators an responsibility for quality and safety of the work performed. Duties & Responsibilities:
