Job Description
This position is more than a typical recruiter, it is a strategic and technical talent advisor for Amcor. In addition to recruiting for production/operations positions, this position is seen as a business partner and adviser to Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and Candidates throughout the United States. Responsible for owning the Amcor hiring process by managing expectations and continuously improving the standard recruitment tools and processes. TA Consultants are also responsible for creatively promoting and branding Amcor's High Performance Culture.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Lead and advise Hiring Managers and HR Partners on the standard recruitment process, including but not limited to:
  • Align hiring needs and recommend recruitment strategies
  • Source and phone screen candidates, primarily passive searches
  • Facilitate the onsite interview process and lead recap discussions
  • Recommend, extend, and negotiate offers based on market knowledge.
  • Strategically partner and develop relationships to:
  • Learn the business and drive continuous improvement
  • Generate creative sourcing solutions
  • Identify ways to simplify and increase efficiency in talent processes
  • Creatively brand and promote the Amcor culture
  • Maximize and recommend social media efforts to increase the companies social media presence for Talent Branding
  • Drive and recommend solutions to increase a candidate experience
  • Develop actions to support diversity and inclusion
  • Manage third party recruiters by setting expectations and timelines
  • Support various career fairs, including but not limited to college campus, military events, and hiring events
  • Support various team projects
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Lead the initiative to increases and promote a High Performing Culture by creatively branding, attracting, screening and hiring top talent, while managing expectations and keeping all involved in the hiring process accountable.
  • Educate and recommend best talent practices while driving process improvement in the Talent Processes.
  • Partners with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, and Candidates (internal and external) to provide flawless execution of the talent acquisition process

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or other related field preferred
  • 2 - 4 years of related recruiting experience
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
