Advanced Practice Provider - Hepatology - Days

Position Highlights:

• Position: Hepatology APP
• Location: Skokie, IL and Evanston, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, no weekends, no call, no holidays
• Required Travel: Yes

What you will need:

• License:Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required;FederalDEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education:Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
• Certification:BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience:Prior APN/PA experience in Hepatology required

What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
• Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
