We are hiring for an Environmental Health & Safety Analyst in New Hope, MN. This individual is responsible implementation of general environmental safety and health (EHS) activities and provides guidance to ensure compliance with EHS regulations.

Job duties:



  • Implements EHS programs and processes to minimize EHS hazards, ensure risks are mitigated and provides guidance on EHS policy, practice and regulations.
  • Records and maintains established EHS site-level data processes and corporate systems to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information.
  • Facilitates EHS engagement through EHS teams and related committees.
  • May collaborate with EHS engineers and others to develop training and may deliver annual and new employee EHS training.
  • Participates in EHS audits, assessments and evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulators and Company corporate policies. Reviews audits and EHS data to identify trends, risk issues, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manages incident reporting, incident investigation, and worker's compensation processes.'

Minimum Qualifications:



  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two or more (2+) years of related work experience
