Job Summary Job Description RBC Leadership Development Program - USA - 2025 Are you a leader? Do you have finance and accounting experience? Do you want to apply your skills at RBC, while continuing to develop your capabilities in a unique and accelerated development program? The RBC Leadership Development Program (LDP) is an external talent acquisition with a goal of building a pipeline of talent for future leadership positions within the RBC USA Finance*. This is a two-year rotational program where you will complete four, six-month rotations. Explore the challenges of working on key initiatives and complex business issues requiring strategic thinking, innovation, and strong analytical skills. You will work with leaders while developing an understanding of the importance of collaboration and how you can make a difference. We don't just want you to be part of our future - we want you to help shape it! *The US Finance team provides the following support for the US Region and it's platforms: Financial Control, Regulatory Reporting, Capital Management, US Financial Performance Management and US Data Strategy. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $125,000 - $165,000 (US SALARY GUIDELINE) depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
