Maintenance Mechanic

Do you have a passion for fixing things and solving mechanical issues? Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic where you'll troubleshoot and repair equipment to keep everything running smoothly!

What You'll Do:

Mechanical:



  • Diagnose and fix mechanical issues, including replacing parts like bearings, pulleys, belts, chains, or sprockets.
  • Repair or rebuild components like motors, gear reducers, or variable speed drives (excluding complex equipment needing specialized tools).
  • Ensure the right parts are ordered and follow through on repairs.


Pneumatics:



  • Troubleshoot pneumatic systems like cylinders, valves, and adjusters.
  • Rebuild pneumatic components and understand related hoses and fittings.
  • Read and interpret pneumatic schematics.


Hydraulics:



  • Understand hydraulic systems and components.
  • Rebuild or replace hydraulic parts and interpret hydraulic schematics.


What We're Looking For:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Electrical training preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
  • Ability to pass Lock Out Tag Out certification.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.


Schedule:



  • Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Education
High School or GED (required)
Experience
2-3 years of manufacturing experience (required)
