The supervisor is responsible for developing and maintain radiation services to meet the identified needs of the community. The supervisor is administratively responsible for the management of fiscal and personnel resources, performance improvement, information management, strategic planning, marketing, community education, physician/customer relations, regulatory compliance and accreditation. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Completed a Radiation Oncology education program approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Therapy; ARRT(T) or completed the necessary clinical requirements as defined by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Therapy; ARRT(T) 2. Three years experience as a radiation therapist, progressive job responsibilities in a Radiation Oncology department. 3. Registered in Radiation therapy Technology (T) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). 4. BLS for healthcare providers certification upon hire and maintain current.
