What The Role Is

This position is responsible for implementing and managing various programs in Learning & Development. This will include but is not limited to leadership development program(s), career planning, and personal development plans.

How You will Make an Impact



  • Develop and implement various talent management features within the Company's HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Research and implement talent programs.
  • Create and deliver training tools to support talent management.
  • Provide employees and managers with information and assistance regarding the talent management function.
  • Equip HR Business Partners with guidance in supporting talent management programs.
  • Serve as backup to various administrative functions.



Who You Are

Job Specifications



  • Minimum five years of proven experience in organizational training or curriculum development role required
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning practices
  • Experience with curriculum development, e-learning and managing learning management systems is preferred
  • Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Works cooperatively with others


Eligible for Remote/Hybrid within Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, and Texas.
