SALARY RANGE: $122,760 -226,673 per year

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

Nokia of America Corporation, Technical Project Manager (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. Plan, initiate, maintain, and validate information technology (IT) projects, specifically the High-Level Design, Low Level Detailed Design for Nokia customers network e2e architecture. Guide the work of technical staff and support Nokia's North America customer base integration to achieve end to end automation. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Review project schedules and mitigate technical constraints and risks. Advise information technology teams to develop and implement Nokia's CI/CD solution. Assist with design, development, testing and acceptance to ensure relevant standards are adhered to. Perform risk analysis, planning, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Maintain the complete life cycle of the customer relationship reflecting the topology and architectural changes with the network evolution. Design and develop NSD/Ansible packages for Cloud products, configure, and customize Cloud development Azure pipelines and agents. Participate in stakeholder communications and address issues and risks for information technology projects. #LI-DNI

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience. Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: CI/CD tools development experience in Cloud environment; Core Applications IMS, SDM, or Registers with Call Flows; Developing and customizing Continuous Delivery Azure Pipelines, Jenkins based CI/CD environment; AWS, Openstack, Kubernetes, or Docker Container technologies; DevOps tool chain (Continuous integration, Continuous delivery, Test automation, and Monitoring); Linux, Python, JIRA, GIT, Continuous integration systems, implementing agile frameworks, and DevOps Architecture.

Domestic travel up to 20% required.

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%.
