We are seeking an experienced Azure AI Engineer with at least five years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI applications using Microsoft Azure's suite of Cognitive Services, Bot Service, Cognitive Search, and Azure-based data storage solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in artificial intelligence (AI) within the Azure ecosystem, responsible for building intelligent systems that drive business value through automation, enhanced decision-making, and improved customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-based applications and agents leveraging Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services (including Computer Vision, Speech, Text Analytics, and more).

• Utilize Azure Bot Service to create, integrate, and deploy conversational AI and virtual agents to enhance customer interaction across multiple channels.

• Implement Azure Cognitive Search solutions to deliver advanced search and information retrieval capabilities with AI-powered relevance.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to design data architectures and utilize Azure data storage solutions (e.g., Blob Storage, Cosmos DB) that support scalable and secure AI models.

• Design and optimize pipelines for AI model training, deployment, and management using Azure Machine Learning and other relevant Azure tools.

• Integrate AI models with broader enterprise applications, ensuring secure and efficient API management, monitoring, and scaling.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including data scientists, product managers, and business teams, to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions that align with business goals.

• Stay current with Azure AI advancements and provide technical leadership in recommending and implementing best practices.

• Document solution architectures, processes, and best practices for future use.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure in the development of AI applications and services.

• Proven expertise in Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Bot Service, Azure Cognitive Search, and Azure data storage solutions.

• Solid understanding of AI/ML principles, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.

• Experience in building, training, and deploying AI models using Azure Machine Learning.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript for AI/ML development and integration.

• Knowledge of API development, RESTful services, and integration patterns within the Azure ecosystem.

• Familiarity with Agile project management and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools in Azure.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Data Scientist Associate certification is highly desirable.

• Experience with MLOps practices and tools for AI/ML model lifecycle management.

• Previous experience in leading or mentoring teams in AI solution development.
