Associate Director of Operations | Center for Biometrics Analysis Bar Harbor, ME Onsite 5 days a week SUMMARY The Associate Director of Operations, Center for Biometric Analysis (CBA), is responsible for ensuring streamlined and efficient operational functions across diverse areas within the department. This role involves overseeing cost recovery strategies, digital platforms, infrastructure management, staffing allocation, and managing personnel to guarantee the highest standards of performance and compliance. The CBA performs murine in vivo phenotyping for clients, using gold standard and cutting-edge protocols in physiology, neurobehavior, metabolism and imaging. Upholding stringent operational policies and protocols while achieving quality and efficiency goals constitutes the core focus of this role. The incumbent will spearhead the implementation of policies and systems to optimize overall operational functionality and ensure client satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
