Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Support Assistant Temp to support our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provides support and administration functions for Field Services (missed ETAs, confirming next day ETAs)
  • Data Entry of all activities and tasks completed within a specific job
  • Creating, updating, and sending technician work orders, shipments and other tasks related to a service request
  • Supports Customer Service and Field Service Managment with administrative functions


Basic Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma
  • Customer/Team/Company/Culture centric
  • Communication, written and verbal - internal/external, scheduling techs, coordinating lifts, and providing customers with ETA's
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Sets challenging goals for self and others
  • Brings a solutions mindset
  • Balances confidence and humility
  • Operates with best interest of team in mind

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Associates Degree Preferred
