Who You Are:

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a full-time Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Coordinator.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer phone calls and emails related to CMMS operations and maintenance.
  • Create, review, and manage work orders in CMMS to ensure timely and accurate completion by the appropriate Team Members.
  • Manage all required client and internal CMMS including, but not limited to, Compass, Workspace, ArcGIS, EDMS, SharePoint, etc.
  • Work closely with Team Members to operate and maintain the systems effectively.
  • Provide mentoring and training on CMMS functionality, troubleshooting, and reporting to Team Members.
  • Ensure the organization and accuracy of all data related to the CMMS to include simultaneous entry into multiple CMMS.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely completion of Customer Service Requests, Bridge Work Orders, Routine Maintenance, etc. with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Host Monday meetings with Operations to discuss upcoming due dates to be put on the next two week's schedule for completion.
  • Host Friday meetings with Operations to walk through work order completion to aid in closure.
  • Understand the contract requirements regarding geographical limits, activity requirements and due dates, Customer and Internal expectations, etc.

What You'll Bring:

  • High School or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years proven experience with data management.
  • Required to read and speak English fluently.
  • Successful results of preemployment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen
  • Comply with company drug and alcohol policy.
  • Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate's start date.

Location Requirements

The position will primarily work onsite in West Palm Beach, FL.

Compensation

Expected Salary: $18 - $22/hr
