The Manager Solar Operations will oversee and manage operations for the NorthStar Clean Energy Solar project. They will ensure all aspects of the solar project run efficiently acting as the representative for overall site perform and provide oversight on maintenance and trouble shoot complex issues with the solar system and associated equipment. The Manager Solar Operations will monitor employee performance for NorthStar standards and adherence to production goals. They will participate in the planning for future growth and changes in production demands by providing insights and operation statistics. This position will be based in Branch County, Michigan.
