Celebrating our 75th Anniversary, we are proud to service industry-leading OEMs across a wide range of market segments. Location: This is a hybrid/remote role in Midwest region of United States. Will consider applicants in Upper East Coast. Essential Duties:
- Responsible for profitable growth through management of assigned Key Accounts and development of new business for all facilities in United States and Mexico.
- Focused on Flambeau's Contract Manufacturing within the Industrial and Fluids Segments.
- Ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have a strong attention to detail in order to stay engaged with customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key sourcing influencers at existing and prospective customers.
- Have strong organizational, strategical sales and negotiation skills when interacting with customer base and prospective customers.
- Identify and pursue new business and emerging business segments that fit within Flambeau's core competencies.
- Manage assigned key Accounts thru consistent engagement, including in-person visits and plant tour visits to Flambeau's facilities.
- Schedule annual Business Review meetings with Key Customer Accounts and monitor Customer Score Cards regularly.
- Develop and execute account strategies to optimize relationships, revenue and profit.
- Interact with internal cross-functional team members at various plants to ensure timely and accurate execution of new programs.
- Report weekly activities with Director of Sales and attend weekly/monthly review meetings to discuss or adjust accordingly.
- Become adept with our manufacturing capabilities and services, and promote and secure business for all NA and MX facilities.

Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering, or related field preferred. Will consider appropriate combination of education and related experience.
Experience & Skill Requirements:
- This is a Hybrid and/or Remote position.
- 3-5 years Sales Experience in selling custom Injection molding, Blow-molding and contract manufacturing solutions. Talented candidates with successful experience in the following functions within the custom molding industry or metals industry may also be considered.
- Experience with Management of Large, Key Customer Accounts and ability to secure additional sales growth.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) as well as a CRM System (PipeDrive, Salesforce, etc.)
- ERP System experience, (IQMS or Delmia is a plus).
- Understanding of ISO Quality System Standards and protocols.
- Understanding of Blow molding and Injection molding preferred.
- Willing to travel as needed with overnight stays (as needed).
- Ability and Proficiency in developing and closing long sales cycles (12+ months).
Physical Requirements: This is an office role with minimal physical requirements. Ability to sit for long period of time up to 8 hours a day and may be required to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally. Requires use of office equipment such as computer and/or laptop and copy machine. Supervision Over the Following Roles: N/A Work Schedule/Overtime/Travel Requirements: Travel as needed.
