Job Details: Cubic Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Talent Development Specialist to enable talent development activities for Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS) globally. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating leadership development programs and operationalizing our talent development strategy, ensuring a positive and productive employee experience across the talent lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent development, leadership coaching, and a proven track record of fostering leadership skills within an organization. This role will be a part of the Global Talent team and partner with CTS Strategic People Partners. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Performance Management:
