Role : ServiceNow Technical Consultant Location : Princeton, NJ or RMEOTE Hire Type : Full-Time with Eviden Salary Range: $110K - $130K (Depends upon experence) Summary of Position The primary role of the Senior Technical Consultant is to work closely with Customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and lead the technical delivery of the chosen solution. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Years of Experience Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now.com platform for 12 - 18+ months (and/or similar ITSM toolsets for 3+ years) Minimum Required Skills
Preferred Skills ServiceNow knowledge of the following products is a MUST: o CSM (Customer Service Management) o HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) o ITBM (IT Business Management) o ITOM (IT Operations Management) o ITSM (IT Service Management) o SAM (Software Asset Management) o AIE (Analytics, Intelligence, and Reporting) o DevOps o FSM (Field Service Management) o FS (Financial Services) o FOM (Field Operations Management) o FSO (Financial Services Operations) o GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) o TSM (Telecommunications Service Management) o LSD (Legal Service Delivery) o LP (Now Platform) o NLAP (Now Platform App Engine) o SO (Security Operations) Certifications (Any 2 must) o ITIL v2 or V3 Foundations o CSA o ITSM o ITOM (Discovery Implementation Specialist and CMDB) o ITAM (HAM & SAM) o Any other, will be a plus (HRSD, CAD, VR, ITBM, etc.) Let's grow together. |
