ResponsibilitiesDevelops platforms and frameworks that can be used to host various types of services or automate processes for large scale initiatives.Evaluates and contributes to product & service design.Contributes to shaping Site Reliability Engineering strategies, reviews specifications and design, and improves upon core processes.Works closely with product engineering teams to define and implement improvements to service monitoring and reporting to enhance reliability and capability.Solves problems in mission critical services and creates solutions to prevent problem recurrence and work to automate responses to non-exceptional service conditions. | |
