Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team. The role necessitates close collaboration with various departments, from IT to business units, to ensure that changes meet technical requirements and advance business goals. They are instrumental in leading change, marrying agility with risk management to drive the organization forward.

Key activities include:

  • Facilitate Change Advisory Boards (CABs): Leading these vital groups to review and make informed decisions on change requests, playing a crucial role in the decision-making process.

  • Facilitate process adoption for new technologies

  • Training new users with processes and tools

  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing users with process guidance when submitting changes

  • Navigating Requests for Change (RFCs): ensure requests align with company goals

  • Conflict resolution: Utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve disputes related to changes, maintaining harmony and alignment with business objectives.

  • Transition management: Ensuring a smooth transition of changes from development to operations

  • Mitigate risks and reduce post-release issues: assessing each change, anticipating conflicts, and strategically scheduling changes to avert business disruptions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in a related field

  • 2-5 years as a Change Specialist

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud environments

  • ITIL certification

  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

  • Risk management certifications preferred
