The Contribution You'll bring to this Role: The Continuous Improvement Director will focus on driving and facilitating lean transformation throughout the North American Justrite organization. This position will serve as a strategic leader and mentor for continuous improvement efforts across the organization. This position will be hands-on with production teams and back-office staff to facilitate CI events, projects, and post-event sustainment activities. This leader will create a culture of continuous improvement and sustainment while providing strategic thinking with respect to improvement activities. This role will collaborate with all levels of management, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to identify and facilitate key projects to improve customer metrics and financial performance. They will be responsible for training production teams in Lean initiatives, including Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Daily Management, Policy Deployment, Continuous Flow Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, SMED, and more. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, setting the stage for your career to soar! Compensation: The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000. Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
