We are looking for a dedicated Plumbing & Refrigeration Superintendent to lead our 1st shift operations. You will be responsible for driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing a team of supervisors, plumbers, and refrigeration technicians. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining high safety standards, overseeing capital projects, and ensuring continuous improvement initiatives within the facility. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant operations.

Who You Are:

• Strong expertise in HVAC systems and refrigeration theory, especially with Anhydrous Ammonia systems.
• A strategic thinker with excellent mechanical, electrical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and contractors in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in decision-making, quick problem-solving, and building sustainable processes.
• Boiler knowledge and associated infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of supervisors and skilled technicians to manage multi-shift operations, ensuring 24/7 coverage as required.
• Oversee HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, and compressed air systems, ensuring compliance and safety.
• Execute capital projects and oversee outside vendors, ensuring project completion within budget and timelines.
• Maintain the PSM program, manage emergency response, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
