Position Description
Primary Purpose and Essential Functions |
The School of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of the Pacific invites applications for part-time, non-tenure-track positions, to teach one or more undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Engineering and related disciplines. Applicants with qualifications to teach any undergraduate, graduate, and non-major courses in engineering or research methods are invited to apply. An MS or doctorate degree is required.

Minimum Qualifications |
- Applicants must have an MS or doctorate degree.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

- Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.

Work Environment/Work Week/Travel: Work is performed primarily during standard business hours, but evening courses could be assigned based on the applicant's availability. |
Hiring Range |
$9,000-$12,000 ($3,000 per unit). We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer |
