What you'll do As the Service Trainer and Technician for Blue Arc (a Shyft Brand) based at our R&D facility in Plymouth, MI, you will enjoy developing training materials, delivering hands-on service training, and providing technical support for electric vehicle (EV) field issue resolution. You will also be involved with training field service technicians, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing mechanical and electrical vehicle components. In addition, you will be accountable for ensuring timely warranty work, retrofits, and preventive maintenance for customer vehicles across North America. It's worth mentioning that this role offers the chance to work with advanced EV technology, create impactful training programs, and contribute to exceptional vehicle performance and customer service.
