Summary: The HHMI Center for the Advancement of Science Leadership and Culture seeks to make science more accessible and inclusive so that those who advance scientific discoveries reflect the diversity of our society. The Senior Director, Science Leadership and Culture Programs will work closely with the Vice President of Science Leadership and Culture and other senior leaders to achieve the mission and vision of the Center. In this role, you will supervise the Directors of Cultural Innovations, Inclusive Learning, and Equity Centered Partnerships and the corresponding portfolio of programs. Are you an accomplished behavioral or social scientist? Have you managed or been a principal investigator on large team-based funding mechanisms? Are you passionate about supporting the career development of science educators, promoting scientific literacy, and co-developing the next generation of programs to support an evolving STEMM ecosystem? Compensation Range $212,649.60 (minimum) - $265,812.00 (midpoint) - $345,555.60 (maximum)Pay Type: AnnualHHMI's salary structure is developed based on relevant job market data. HHMI considers a candidate's education, previous experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity when making job offers.
