Randolph-Macon College is accepting applications for a part-time, 6-month (November 4 - May 4) Assistant Men's Volleyball Coach. Reporting directly to the Head Men's Volleyball Coach, this Intern position will be responsible for coordination of all volleyball operations to include communications, office management and budgeting, maintaining paperwork, event coordination, travel logistics and apparel oversight, practice responsibilities and in-season travel to contests. Additionally, there would be extensive recruiting weekday nights and at weekend tournaments. As the Assistant Men's Volleyball Coach, the successful candidate will assist the head coach in all aspects of running a successful program.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and previous experience overseeing volleyball operations and competitive playing experience at the college level required; previous coaching experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards. Applicants should be familiar and comfortable with the philosophy of education at a selective liberal arts college and with the Division III philosophy of athletics.
