Summary of role

Lantheus is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner supporting our Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and other G&A teams. This role will report to the Chief People Officer and will be located onsite, 3-days per week, in the Bedford MA office.

To be successful in this role, the incumbent will have experience scaling organizations and can seamlessly flex between strategic and operational activities contributing to the future of Lantheus. The role will be a member of the HR Leaders group driving functional HR strategy, evolution of the HR operating model, and ongoing prioritization of HR work.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions



  • Contribute to shaping functional HR strategy, operating model, and prioritization of work to drive business performance, support company purpose and enable future growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers at all levels of the organization, offering support and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on functional strategy and critical capabilities to enable fit-for-purpose organizational design. Develop a workforce plan to support current business and readiness for future growth.
  • Seek to understand team and organizational dynamics to effectively diagnose and deliver solutions to enhance team performance creating inclusive and empowered teams.
  • Champion talent exploring new and different experiences that enable our people to learn, adapt and win contributing to short and long-term career aspirations.
  • Encourage a performance driven culture that rewards contributions and value creation supporting our purpose to Find, Fight, Follow disease.
  • Support managers and employees identifying, navigating, and resolving performance challenges.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues in a thoughtful, objective manner.
  • Lead cross-functional HR initiatives in close collaboration with the HR team.
  • Build strong partnerships across the HR organization and with key partners including Total Rewards, Systems and Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Legal and Finance to inform and implement company-wide programs and initiatives to ensure they meet business need.

Basic Qualifications



  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment and drive prioritization of work to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Strong influence and facilitations skills and willingness to challenge assumptions to drive the right solution and business outcome for Lantheus.
  • Systems thinker who looks at opportunities wholistically and drives change management to ensure successful adoption.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism with the ability to remain calm and optimistic in challenging situations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


Professional Experience and Other Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree is required with 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years working as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience working across multiple HR disciplines is preferred.
  • Experience seeing and leading organizations through different phases of growth is highly desirable.
  • Required to be on-site in Bedford, MA office 3 days a week.
