JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for selling Cash Depot's hardware, software, and other services/products and will report to the National Sales Director (NSD). The RSM is also responsible for managing and directing the sales activities of 3-5 Territory Sales Representatives.

The RSM will also participate in other sales-related activities to improve productivity and effectiveness, as directed by the NSD. These functions generally include, but are not limited to hiring, training, forecasting, demand planning, analysis, sales process optimization and other special projects related to sales and sales support.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Understand customer's business objectives. Be able to tie Cash Depot solutions to client problems ensuring Cash Depot is viewed as a strategic partner to help clients meet their goals
  • Develop and maintain strategic account and opportunity plans with measurable time bound goals, objectives, and action plans as directed by the NSD
  • Manage the sales process identifying opportunities, managing the funnel & forecast, negotiating to close, and driving deployment of solutions. Create and maintain a contact list for all major customers and prospects including org charts
  • Meet individual sales quotas as assigned by the National Sales Director
  • Ensure that team sales quotas are met through the efforts of your assigned Territory Sales Representatives
  • Collaborate with customers and partners enabling them to experience greater business value from our company
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members in order to drive cross functional teams to ensure our customer's success
  • Assist the NSD with market data including market size, market share, sales forecasting, and product development needs
  • Regular interaction and follow-up with existing and new customers
  • Facilitate inter-department, internal, and external communications, including meeting schedules and events
  • Attend industry trade shows as assigned by the NSD
  • Other duties as assigned.



REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the Convenience Store and/or Food Retail industries
  • Experience with Zoominfo, RocketReach, Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems
  • Proficient in Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience writing sales proposals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate, hardworking, and well-organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to foster close, cooperative relationships with customers, peer leaders, sales management, and sales and support personnel
  • Ability to close sales

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move 50+ pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours or work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
