JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the service and installation of Ansul fire systems, within a kitchen setting.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Educational and experience requirements include: 2 years' experience in the skill of service and installation of Ansul fire systems, within a kitchen setting.
  • State certification in the service and installation of Ansul systems or ability to obtain state certification.


KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


  • Competent computer skills in the use of technology, including IPAD.
  • Strong customer relations skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must have experience with hand tools (pipe wrenches, channel locks, screw drivers) and pipe cutting and threading machine.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle capable of transporting extinguishers according to legal requirements.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Cut pipe, install detection systems, perform repairs and modifications, read plans, and perform final inspections with the authority having jurisdiction (example: fire department).
  • Perform test to ensure systems are in proper working order.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
