Norris is currently seeking an individual for the role of Buildings and Grounds Specialist for our Mukwonago campus. Under the supervision of the Buildings & Grounds Supervisor, the Buildings and Grounds Specialist works closely with other team members and Supervisor to plan for, schedule and execute a wide variety of janitorial and routine/preventative maintenance and miscellaneous tasks related to the appearance, cleanliness and working order of Norris buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with construction projects, operating grass cutting or snow removal equipment and assisting with special functions or events on campus. All tasks are to be accomplished in an efficient and cost effective manner and in compliance with established quality standards and safety procedures. The Building and Grounds Specialist position works 7am-3pm, and participates in a rotating on-call schedule. A valid Wisconsin Driver's license is required.
