As a Program Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in our project management team by assisting in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of various projects using Microsoft Project software. This entry-level position is ideal for recent college graduates who possess a foundational understanding of project management concepts and are eager to apply their skills in a professional setting. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.



Job Role(s): 1. Project Scheduling: Utilize Microsoft Project software to develop, maintain, and update project schedules in accordance with project requirements and timelines.

2. Critical Path Analysis: Analyze project schedules to identify critical paths, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks that could impact project delivery.

3. Resource Loading: Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that project schedules are properly staffed and resource constraints are addressed.

4. Earned Value Management System (EVMS): Assist in implementing and maintaining EVMS principles to track project performance, including cost and schedule variances, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

5. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against established schedules, identify deviations, and communicate potential risks or delays to project stakeholders.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate project scheduling documentation, including milestone charts, Gantt charts, and resource allocation reports.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project schedules and objectives.



Required experience: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.

2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project software or similar project management tools is required. Familiarity with other project management software is a plus along with a willingness to learn additional project management tools.

3. Understanding of Project Management Concepts: Basic knowledge of project management principles, including critical path analysis, resource management, and earned value management system (EVMS).

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze project schedules, identify critical paths, and assess project performance.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project scheduling information to diverse stakeholders.

6. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting project managers and team members in achieving project objectives.

7. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining project scheduling documentation and reports.
