Position Description & Responsibilities:



  • Development of formulations and manufacturing processes for new products through collaboration with formulations/process development experts at contract development/manufacturing companies
  • Coordinate manufacturing of drug product clinical trial and stability batches
  • Participate in team meetings and prepare project status updates
  • Write/review formulation/process development reports
  • Prepare drug product related CMC sections of INDs/IMPDs/NDAs/MAAs


Key areas of responsibility include:



  • Formulation development
  • Selection of CDMOs for drug product
  • Coordination of day-to-day formulation/process development activities at CDMOs
  • Preparation of CMC regulatory documentation


Position Requirements:



  • PhD degree in pharmaceutical sciences
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in industry or academia
  • Good communication skills
