Basic Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Works with multiple teams of business practitioners to synthesize findings, develop improvement recommendations and lead execution of initiatives
  • Work across functional and therapeutic business units to solve problems, remove obstacles, enhance operations, and to develop and execute strategies aimed at driving growth, performance and further revenue generation
  • Supports multiple, high-impact data research, analysis, and visualization projects that drive better outcomes for both customers and the company
  • Leverage data to discover patterns and solve strategic analytic business problems using both structured and unstructured data sets across many environments
  • Support commercial operations via market research, business intelligence, operational workflows, enhancement of market access, market share and reimbursement, and other business development activities, and support to pricing analysis and incentive compensation processes
  • Serve as the company's point of contact for related vendor relationships; liaise with other departments to facilitate operations between the company and vendors
  • Conduct / manage / deliver ad hoc requests and initiatives from sales, marketing, and executive leadership


Successful candidates must have:



  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in one of the following: Accounting, Management, Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain, International Business, Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations & Analytics, or similar area and with a strong academic background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to adapt within a dynamic environment


Knowledge, skills and other characteristics:



  • Advanced data, financial acumen, and presentation skills are required
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Python, SQL, ArcGIS, Power BI and/or similar platform proficiency is highly desirable; can be offset with genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency and effective verbal and written communications is a must
  • Team player, friendly, collaborative, collegial
  • Thrives on unbounded thinking and the development of innovative solutions in a fast-paced workplace
  • When given strategic guidance and/or intent, is comfortable operating in dynamic and uncertain environments
  • Values the ability to interact with senior leadership and provide data-driven insights that clearly result in a direct impact to the company's bottom line


The total compensation package for this position will also include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, unlimited paid time off, parental leave, a 401k matching program, and other benefits to its employees.
