Primary Responsibilities



  • Supports the full spectrum of talent acquisition efforts
  • Lead coordinator for the company's fleet vehicle program
  • Maintains various personnel rosters and related reporting both internally and to external vendors
  • Supports company compliance efforts
  • Assists in the coordination of employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and payments
  • Assists with training and development activities
  • Contributes to data analysis and visualization efforts that support decision-making


  • Ensures accuracy of data change requests through HRIS system and processes data changes


  • Participates in new hire onboarding and termination processes
  • Prepares employee census information for insurance, 401(k), and other reports
  • Partners with Payroll Manager to ensure accuracy of employee data for semi-monthly and monthly payrolls
  • Provides written and verbal employment verifications



Position Requirements:



  • BA/BS in human resources, psychology, business, communications or related field is required
  • Preference for 1+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • PHR certification is a plus
  • Proficiency with an HRIS systems is a plus
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation
  • Must have sound interpersonal, communication, organization and analytic skills.
  • High proficiency with MS Office
  • This role is executed fully onsite at our Washington, DC headquarters
  • Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail and customer service


The total compensation package for this position will also include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, unlimited paid time off, parental leave, a 401k matching program, and other benefits to its employees.
