We are looking for a Neuroscience District Sales Manager who wants to join an innovative and dynamic sales organization and to make a difference in patients' lives every day. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the DSM is responsible for effectively leading, coaching and managing a team of 8-10 Neuroscience Account Managers. The DSM will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives and leading the strategy execution within their district. The district geography includes 8-10 territories that will cover one or more states. The DSM will be responsible for driving business results through effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration with Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
