Visit www.probomedical.com for more information Probo Medical is seeking an experienced and hands-on Director of FP&A to join our team. The Director of FP&A will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy and driving the business performance. This role requires a blend of financial modeling and variance analysis, operational insight and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for planning, analysis and management reporting activities, while also playing a key role in managing and optimizing our growth initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Planning Analysis: Prepare, review, and maintain financial models, quarterly forecasts and the annual budget that are unique to various reporting segments within the organization. Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement. Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends and general business performance. Build monthly reports to be leveraged in monthly performance review with senior management and PE Sponsor on data-driven insights. Strategic Insight: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to help guide strategic decision-making and operational improvements. Growth Management: Support and lead financial aspects of business unit expansions and growth efforts, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements. Support the Business Development and M&A teams as necessary. Support business unit leadership, along with management, with special projects and ad-hoc analysis. QUALIFICATIONS Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong foundation in FP&A, banking or private equity. Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis, with a creative approach to problem-solving and business development. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to management and non-financial stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Education and Experience: Experience working in PE-backed company is not a requirement but recommended.
