Job Description A dynamic, hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the organization's benefits and compensation programs, while managing a small but effective team of benefit professionals. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and implementing programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Currently, this role is predominantly focused on benefits, with the compensation aspect expected to expand over time. Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation, communication, and administration of employee benefit programs, including self-insured and fully insured health plans, LOA policies, retirement plans, and global mobility.
