Employee Experience Partner

St. Ann's Community is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Partner to join the Human Resources team. This position works on both our Webster and Irondequoit campuses.

The Employee Experience Partner serves as a functional partner for departmental managers and employees throughout the full lifecycle of employment, while providing exceptional customer service and functional human resource guidance consistent with the St. Ann's Experience. The EEP is instrumental in upholding St. Ann's policies and procedures and maintaining St. Ann's Community's status as a Top Workplace.

St. Ann's Community offers:



  • Salary Range: $62,000-67,000

A typical day could include:



  • Assisting department leaders with investigations and documentation
  • Attending department meetings or meeting with individual team members to resolve problems
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Designing a training program for managers or team members
  • Assisting team members with navigating a leave of absence or retirement
  • Coordinating a fun event for team members
  • Helping team members with general inquiries


The ideal candidate has experience:



  • Promoting and ensuring a culture of trust, engagement, equity and inclusion through policies and practices
  • Taking a pro-active approach in engaging staff toward identifying and improving the work environment
  • Handling employee relations issues in a timely, fair and consistent way
  • Using professional judgement and appropriate decision-making while handling sensitive and confidential matters


Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of employee relations experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • HRCI or SHRM certification
  • Comfortable working directly with Elders
  • Strong desire to fulfill St. Ann's vision be the provider and employer of choice for comprehensive care, housing, and services for older adults
