Position Title: Machine Maintenance Mechanic
Wage: $25-$30/hour + Shift Premium Shift: 3rd Hours: 10:30pm-7am Monday-Friday QPS Employment Group is hiring Machine Maintenance Mechanics at a company in Mukwonago, WI. Machine Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Learn and perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment - Perform a variety of repair and construction operations to install maintain or modify machinery and auxiliary production equipment - Diagnose and remedy operating problems; disassemble, inspect, and overhaul injection molding machine components - Fit and align precision mechanisms drives and bearings, use precision measuring instruments to check machine alignment and performance - Assist in the layout and installation of molding machines and equipment and participate in major plant installations and expansions - Perform routine repair projects under general supervision with guidance on critical or extensive repairs Machine Maintenance Mechanic Requirements: - Related education and or experience equivalent to 2-3 years of trade school training plus 1-3 years of related work experience - Broad general background in the installation and maintenance of machines and process equipment, familiarity with hydraulics heat and electrical controls - Ability to diagnose and remedy operating problems, fit and align precision mechanisms, and use precision measuring instruments - Additional schooling and training may be required Benefits: - Medical, dental, and vision insurance with company contributions; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), options for health care and dependent care expenses; Life and AD&D insurance, basic and supplemental coverage options; short-term and long-term disability coverage; Employee Assistance Program (EAP), confidential support for various personal and professional issues; voluntary benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, pet insurance, and identity theft protection; Wellness program with incentives paid; parental leave, vacation, and paid time off; employee referral program; tuition reimbursement, matching gift program, remote work options, and business travel insurance QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
