Position Title: Gluer Operator Lead
Wage: $26.75 - $28.25/hour Shift: 1st or 2nd Hours: 8:15am - 6:15pm or 3:00pm - 1:00am (Tuesday - Friday) Feeling underpaid or undervalued? This could be the position that you deserve! Gluer Operator Lead Responsibilities: - Working closely with supervisor to achieve safety and production goals - Reviewing job tickets for scheduling, process flow, and customer specifications - Checking materials for completeness and accuracy prior to completion - Communicating all aspects of jobs to operators and crew - Working closely with supervisors to train employees - Relaying any department supply needs while keeping inventory levels low - Maintaining machine logs and ensuring timely repairs - Performing first article quality approvals; supporting QA manager processes - Operating PIV's Requirements for Gluer Operator Lead: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Prior knowledge of die cutting procedures - Basic math skills - Able to work with computers/software systems - Able to lift up to 40 pounds sheboygan@qpsemployment.com IND045 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
