Job Description DaVita Integrated Kidney Care is currently seeking a Clinical Services, Manager, RN Coach. This position will be responsible for providing one on one and group clinical coaching to nurses across our Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) division. The purpose of the role is to improve the quality of RN-patient interactions by providing expert and targeted guidance in nursing interventions, risk-identification, documentation, and patient follow-up. This will be accomplished through the dissemination of applicable concepts, workflows, and clinical topics that have been identified via RN feedback, assessments, metrics, and audit trends. Salary/ Wage Range $75,200.00-$110,400.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
