We are growing our Engineering team and are looking for a passionate and eager-to-learn Hardware Test Engineer to join us. This will be a development opportunity to grow to test state-of-the-art optical network modules. What You Will Do Assist in executing automated and manual tests, and help analyze results to ensure product performance and reliability. Work with senior engineers to debug issues, improve test coverage, and support design improvements. Develop and run test scripts using LabVIEW and Python. Help generate detailed test reports, contributing to the analysis that drives product enhancements. Use JMP and other data analysis tools to identify trends and optimize test processes. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field Internship or co-op experience Experience with Python or LabVIEW Basic understanding of optical or electrical systems (NRZ, PAM-4 signals) Experience with data analysis tools Eagerness to learn and grow Hands-on experience in a lab environment What Will Put You Ahead Familiarity with optical transceivers or high-speed data technologies Experience working on data communications or telecommunications-related projects during academic studies Interest in automation and developing test processes For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000- $95,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
