We are growing our Engineering team and are looking for a passionate and eager-to-learn Hardware Test Engineer to join us. This will be a development opportunity to grow to test state-of-the-art optical network modules.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in executing automated and manual tests, and help analyze results to ensure product performance and reliability.
  • Work with senior engineers to debug issues, improve test coverage, and support design improvements.
  • Develop and run test scripts using LabVIEW and Python.
  • Help generate detailed test reports, contributing to the analysis that drives product enhancements.
  • Use JMP and other data analysis tools to identify trends and optimize test processes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Internship or co-op experience
  • Experience with Python or LabVIEW
  • Basic understanding of optical or electrical systems (NRZ, PAM-4 signals)
  • Experience with data analysis tools
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Hands-on experience in a lab environment

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Familiarity with optical transceivers or high-speed data technologies
  • Experience working on data communications or telecommunications-related projects during academic studies
  • Interest in automation and developing test processes

For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000- $95,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
