Summary aaThe System Clinical Educator will provide development expertise for both licensed and unlicensed rehabilitation team members by functioning as an educator, consultant, facilitator, change agent and leader. Responsible for managing the consistent implementation and delivery of training, education, and performance improvements within the MFB System. Work to assess and execute strategies relating to trends, opportunities, and training needs for clinical practice. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs within each system site. This role works closely with clinical educators and leaders within each system site to provide leadership in conducting educational needs assessments, planning, designing, and implementing educational offerings for both licensed and unlicensed clinicians. The role leads investigations, curriculum development, community development, and teaching of evidenced based rehabilitation nursing principles and practice.a Essential Job Responsibilities
