Job Description Overview

CORT Accommodation Services is seeking a full-time, remote Reservations Coordinator. The CORT Accommodation Services (CAS) Team offers full-service residential hospitality experiences including traditional corporate housing, on demand, and full-service flexible living solutions.

The Guest Experience Reservations Coordinator adds the "WOW!" to our guests from the moment of our first interaction until the end of their stay. This role is responsible for converting customer leads to reservations, leading front-line guest communication, communicating guest requirements and expectations to our internal stakeholders, and working closely with Operations and Guest Experience Teams to help set up the apartment to meet the guest's needs.

The Reservations Coordinator has the responsibility to create a guest experience that is memorable and unique. The Reservations Team enthusiastically communicates with the guest before booking, answering their questions and making efforts to curate the guest experience to lead to a confirmed booking. They use CORT's voice to communicate with the guest during the booking process and throughout their stay, utilizing the available technological and on-the-ground resources. They work in cadence with the Guest Communications Support Team to be a great resource to our guests and maximize conversion.

This role includes the opportunity to be an integral part of the creation of a new CORT business unit and assist with the design, implementation, and execution of multiple components, including the growth of vendor resources and relationships; software development, working with cross-functional teams to complete internal processes; proactively curating individual guest experiences with the opportunity to be the first point of contact for all our guests. The ideal candidate has reservations experience within corporate housing, vacation rentals, hotels, or travel planning, is a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Salary $60,000 / year. This position is also eligible to participate in CORT's profit sharing plan.

Responsibilities

  • Complete oversight of all reservations from the initial guest inquiry through until departure, delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute guest requests and obtain and share information integral to the success of the reservation
  • Working closely with our Guest Communications Support Team to ensure all guest inquiries are attended to and resolved promptly, managing all follow-up items
  • Daily management and coordination of all guest communication via multiple booking channels and platforms
  • Writing and coordinating the sending of arrival details and other key guest communication, working with the property directly to ensure accurate information it shared
  • Completing daily checks of upcoming arrivals and departures
  • Initiating, assigning, managing, and completing tasks within the PMS
  • Supporting the Guest Experience Team by liaising with property management, contractors, and guests to schedule appointments and see issues through to completion
  • Coordinating appropriate guest service recovery
  • Assist with the management of property listings and unit availability to maximize conversion and occupancy
  • Ensuring property listings are accurate and up to date, making necessary edits and improvements to as required
  • Supporting the Property Liaison Team during the property on-boarding phase, obtaining key property information and inputting it into the PMS
  • Working closely with internal teams to create, implement and improve processes benefiting the functionality and results produced by the Reservations Team
  • Being a member of the after-hours support team (on-call assistance, team rotation)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), higher education preferred;
  • Microsoft Office Suite Experience
  • CRM experience
  • Experience with Smartsheets (preferred)
  • 5 years direct B2B sales or reservations experience (preferably with corporate housing, vacation rentals, hotels, or travel agencies who curate guest experiences)
  • Corporate Housing, Multi-Family, and Furniture knowledge is a plus.
