Job Title Corporate Bank Counsel - Assistant Vice President - Vice President Corporate Title Vice President Location Jacksonville, FL Overview Deutsche Bank's legal department is seeking a qualified attorney located in Jacksonville, Florida to support the Bank's Corporate Banking (CB) business, which consists of Cash Management, Trade Finance, as well as Trust & Agency Services and Security Services. Your primary focus will be supporting the Trade Finance and Cash Management businesses with an expectation to support other areas of the Corporate Bank over time. As part of the Corporate Bank legal team, you will provide timely counsel and legal support of domestic and global transactions in a cost-effective manner while owning diverse and complex legal issues that require excellent business judgement. Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $100,000 to $145,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
