Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with experience in enterprise SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend systems and be proficient in Golang, GraphQL, and Advanced SQL. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices that power our SaaS platform.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:



  • Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Golang.
  • Lead the implementation of GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient data retrieval and performance optimization.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support high-volume enterprise-level applications.
  • Collaborate with front-end engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the platform through effective coding practices and regular code reviews.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry best practices, continuously improving processes and systems.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of the platform.


Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency in Golang and hands-on experience building microservices.
  • Strong expertise in GraphQL, including schema design, API development, and query optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar), including query tuning and database design.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and using tools like Jira, Git, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
