Requisition ID req30962 Working Title HS Sr Research Specialist- Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences Position Grade 13 Position Summary The Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences are seeking a full-time HS Senior Research Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a strong background in clinical trial coordination and research protocol management. Key Responsibilities: Primary duties include:

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 9 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications Minimum Job Requirements: * Experience working in clinical departments/health system. * Experience with grant submissions. * Experience working with multi-disciplinary research teams. Preferred Qualifications: * Proficiency with Click ERA and Huron (Click) IRB * Advanced verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
