Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Job Summary Coordinates repairs and/or installations done by Finishers and cabinet construction. When assigned attends construction meetings on major jobs or renovations. Inspects on-going construction/renovations reports findings to Facilities/Planning and Supervisor. Orders material for finishing and cabinetry. Inspects work done by Finishers and scheduled to be completed in a timely manner as set by the assigned Supervisor. Accountabilities Inspects work done by staff Finishers and outside contractors for quality of work, both on-going and completed, and reports status to assigned Supervisor.25% Supplements Staff in completion of work assignments.15% Restores furniture and fabricates with glass and plastic.15% Schedules and assigns work to be done in conjunction with assigned Supervisor.15% Estimates and orders all materials needed to complete jobs.15% May perform any or all of the following: Cut stencils and stencil surfaces with lettering or decorations; paint signs on such surfaces as cloth, bulletin boards, etc15% Other duties as assigned.10% Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent OR post-high school diploma/highest degree earned 3 years minimum experience in all aspects of finishing, job estimating & cabinet construction. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Wall covering, flooring material, drywall installation, and painting experience preferred.
