Monarch Distributing is hiring for a CDL Class A Delivery Driver in the Indianapolis area. We are looking for prospective candidates with at least 1 year of touch-freight delivery experience that would like to join Indiana's largest beer distributor. This role is home daily and works Mon-Friday morning shift. Company: Monarch Distributing Location: Indianapolis, IN Position Title: Class A Delivery Driver Shift: M-F Starting at 5am - until route is complete - off on Saturdays and Sundays Pay: $80,000 1st year average earnings Benefits: * Free Medical for employee, spouse, and dependents * Vision, Dental, Life, and 401k match * PTO and over-time eligible * On-site clinic and free gym on-site * Free beer on holidays and can purchase beer at cost throughout the year * Annual merit increases Position responsibilities: The Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle As a Class A Driver, you must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts You will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such asan electric pallet jack and/or hand truck Additionally, you will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Must be at least 21 years old 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military with a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License Must possess a Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds Preferred Education and Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
